Blending an exceptional market-style experience with the extraordinary Ritz-Carlton fine dining service, the Chef’s Brunch will welcome visitors every Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Diners are invited to experience the unparalleled guest service of The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal through the roaming food trolley, preparing and serving mouthwatering delicacies such as the lobster thermidor and truffle risotto at every table. In addition to a blend of gourmet favorites such as Peruvian chicken breast, smoked veal belly, and slow roasted Wagyu beef, the spread will also introduce unique live cooking stations serving an assortment of poke bowls and other delectable superfoods.
