Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is set to introduce a brand new Cantonese Journey menu, a true discovery of Yue cuisine. Renowned for its richness and diversity, Cantonese Journey blends the traditional recipes with a modern twist served alongside stylish interiors and flawless table service. Prepared with locally sourced ingredients by a team of experienced chefs, the menu adds a signature highlight to the award-winning restaurant’s program of exceptional summer offerings. Starting from 6th June, Cantonese Journey menu will be available daily from 6pm until 8pm, together with Hakkasan’s famous a la carte menu and Friday Night Brunch feast.
Delivered with excellence and style from the very first bite, Hakkasan’s Cantonese Journey menu is priced at AED 288 per person. It includes four delectable courses allowing guests to embark on a culinary journey along Guangdong. The feast begins with a warming Double braised dumpling soup with saffron followed by Hakkasan signature platter and Baby lettuce wrap with beetroot, pumpkin and celery. The starters are followed by main course options such as Stir-fry wild prawn, XO corn-fed chicken in marmite sauce, Wok-fry organic courgette with olive leaves accompanied by Steamed butter quinoa. To finish the dining experience, guests are offered to indulge in an exquisite Mandarin hazelnut and chocolate dessert.
Supporting global sustainability, the menu is specially curated by Executive Chef Lee using locally sourced ingredients such as blue swimming crab, wild prawn, corn-fed chicken and organic farmed vegetable to ensure the most authentic flavours and freshness throughout the entire dining experience.
