The elaborate menu is inspired by the Punjab Grill team’s favourite dishes from across India. Guests celebrating Independence Day can feast on traditional Indian dishes curated with a contemporary flair beginning with appetizers such as the Mutton Kofte and Palak Patta Chaat, followed by kebab choices of Paneer Tikka Trio or Raunakeen Seekhan.
To savour the rich flavours of Indian cuisine, indulge in the mains which come in a variety of choices suitable for all palettes such as Coconut Prawns,Mutton Vindaloo, and the classic Butter Chicken.
End the meal with gourmet desserts such as Carrot Halwa Phyllo served with vanilla ice cream, Rasmalai, or Chenna Poda.
The four-course celebratory menu is priced at AED 200 per person and will be available for lunch and dinner from Friday, 13th August to Sunday, 15th August.
