As the weather hots up in the UAE capital, the exceptional dishes, refreshing cocktails and enrapturing beats of this hedonistic weekend gathering have also been turned up a notch, inviting guests to party the summer away in the freshly renovated terrace, which will still provide the best views of the city and skyline whilst keeping you cool this summer.

Colourful and eclectic, COYA Abu Dhabi has taken its already exceptional and one-of-a-kind brunch experience and enhanced it to make it even more thrilling and electric. Providing a unique and unmissable opportunity for guests to escape from being constantly inside throughout the summer, the perfectly chilled and revamped COYA indoor terrace invites brunch goers to admire the panoramic views of the sparkling Arabian Gulf whilst sipping on new bespoke mixes and absorbing the live beats from the talented resident DJs.

Introduced just in time for summer, COYA Abu Dhabi’s expert bartenders have created their most delicious and uplifting cocktails yet, which are exclusive to brunch-goers. The refreshing Solar Spritz gives a Peruvian twist to the classic Italian staple with hibiscus Pisco, St Germain, Prosecco and grapefruit soda, while the fruity Pina Morada, featuring coconut rum, chicha morada, fresh lime, pineapple agua fresca and toasted coconut syrup, Mediterranean-style Mora Tonic and the Nitrotini with vodka, cold brew coffee and Kahlua ensure that beverage connoisseurs of all tastes are left feeling fully satisfied and delighted. Don’t worry your COYA classic Chilcano and Pisco Sours are still available and for those who want to ‘go big’ can toast to the weekend with the bubbles package offering NV Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Brut Yellow Label champagne.

The talented chefs have curated a menu which sees COYA’s most tantalising bites. With creamy guacamole prepared fresh at the table, diners are invited to start their unforgettable journey through Peruvian culture with a selection of flavoursome tacos, pretty maki rolls and the enticing COYA platter of signature appetisers, containing superb light bites such as fresh salads, zesty ceviches and Chef Pang’s succulent grilled skewers.

Following on from the creative starters, the array of delicious mains is then guaranteed to leave every foodie socialite feeling spoiled for choice. Featuring the most amazing traditional recipes and spice combinations of this truly uplifting and exciting cuisine, the reimagined brunch menu sees slow-cooked beef ribs glazed with miso, limo chilli and soy presented alongside perfectly prepared corn-fed baby chicken with panca chilli and salmon with miso, barley and seaweed.

Those wishing to further elevate their elegant and show-stopping dining experience are also invited to try the grilled tiger prawns for an additional AED80, or the grilled Wagyu sirloin for a further AED200.

Saving room for dessert is absolutely mandatory, and the Insta famous COYA Dessert Platter always steals the show with its mesmerising display of handcrafted sweet delicacies. Ensuring a magical conclusion to the party, those with a sweet tooth will be in their element with fresh churros, chocolate truffles, cheesecake, berry pavlova and Peruvian cookies.

The after-brunch cocktails and grapes for COYA’s guests are priced at AED 45. With hops priced at AED 35.

The revamped Saturday Brunch at COYA Abu Dhabi takes place from 12:30pm to 4pm, with packages starting from AED 298 for soft drinks, AED 438 for house beverages and AED 588 for premium beverages.

COYA Abu Dhabi is also welcoming in the summer by refreshing its legendary business lunch set menu. Guests are invited to elevate their lunch time by enjoying two vibrant courses of authentic Peruvian specialties for a new price of AED 130 per person, from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 3.30pm.
