Experience Ramadan, The COYA Way: COYA Abu Dhabi Unveils Its Peruvian-Inspired Iftar Menu

COYA Abu Dhabi, the immersive 360-degree Peruvian experience, is proud to present a special iftar experience. Recently ranked 33rd on the prestigious MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list, the five-course daily iftar showcases an array of COYA Abu Dhabi’s most authentic signature dishes, all prepared with precision and premium quality ingredients.

Encouraging guests to celebrate Ramadan ‘the COYA way’, the experience takes guests on a journey through the colourful, unique and enchanting culture of Peru.

Set against golden sunset views over the waters of Al Maryah Island, the iftar starts with some sweet sukkari dates, followed by a bowl of the global brand’s iconic creamy guacamole. Diners then choose between the tasty tomato or creamy corn soup, before the beautifully presented appetisers are served to the table in a relaxed sharing-style format. Offering irresistible healthy light bites such as tuna aburi nigiri, fresh corn salad, veal bacon maki rolls and Chilean sea bass rice, every dish provides a vibrant explosion of spices and aromas.

Diners are then welcomed to savour a spread of exceptional main courses, with vegetarian-friendly quinoa and pumpkin, spicy beef fillet, grilled corn-fed baby chicken and grilled asparagus all delivered to the table with signature COYA style and flair.

Finally, the memorable dining experience is concluded with a decadent serving of COYA’s special ‘Delicia de Luna’ Ramadan dessert. Featuring dates crémeux, rosewater, pistachio, apricot and camel milk ice cream, the indulgent creation acts as an elegant tribute to the local produce and traditions of the UAE.

The Bar’s talented mixologists will be on hand throughout to prepare bespoke mocktails and other premium beverages, while COYA Abu Dhabi’s distinguished ambiance sets the scene flawlessly for a memorable Ramadan evening.

The iftar menu at COYA Abu Dhabi is available to enjoy daily from sunset until 7.30pm throughout Ramadan, priced AED 229 per person for food.
