Inspired by his extensive travels through Hong Kong, Chef Dong’s creation brings a slice of the city’s rich gastronomic heritage to Abu Dhabi. This unique experience offers a taste from the bustling streets of Tsim Sha Tsui suburbs to the refined celebrity venues, and Cha Chaan Teng eateries, capturing the essence of Hong Kong’s diverse food scene.
A vibrant and lively setting, the Wok – Hei features delectable dishes, including starters to share, a choice of main course served family style, and an assortment of desserts featuring all your favourite sweet treats. Among the starters is authentic Har Gow or Albone Dumplings, famous delicate dim sum; Crab Meat with Sweet Corn Soup, a comforting and flavourful mixture of sweet corn and rich crab meat; Deep Fried Spicy Wagyu Beef Cheek, expertly seasoned and perfectly cooked; and a refreshing Seafood Avocado Salad combining fresh seafood with creamy textures.
Guests are invited to choose from a variety of main courses, all designed to share. The menu includes beautifully roasted Black Cod with crisp Broccolini and Soya Sauce; tender Wok Fried Angus Beef Striploin with Black Pepper Sauce; and fresh, seasonal stir fry of Wok Fried Chinese Vegetables. Alongside a choice of sumptuous rice or noodles, from succulent Gulf Prawns and Crispy Rice, to a medley of Seafood and Mushroom Efu Noodles and a twist on a classic, Chicken and Garlic Fried Rice. Dive into an artfully plated assortment of sweet desserts to zesty sorbets to end of a sweet note.
