Red, White and Fruity, the launch of The American Collection at La Cava celebrates all the great grapes that have come from the land of stars and stripes. Gather your friends and family for a patriotic journey through the American Collection, with a selection of vinos complimented by a smorgasbord of mouth watering cheeses and cold cuts. The American Collection celebrates a rich history of wine-making with eight varieties from across the pond. Enjoy 2 hours of unlimited American pours, cheese and cold cuts.

The Social Table Series – American Wine Dinner: 7th July 2023
An ode to the US BBQ – the Social Table Series, American Wine Dinner debuts at La Cava for one night only. Come together to celebrate America’s birthday on Friday, 7th July with an elevated dining experience. Think expertly cut tender meats, such as Dry Rub Smoked Tenderloin, Pink Salted Beef Skirt, Lime & Lemon Grass Smoked Lamb Ribs, Brown Butter Grill Ribeye, 12-Hour Burnt End Brisket, accompanied by classic American sharing style sides of Cajun Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Portobello Mushroom and Grilled Asparagus. End the festivities with a luscious dessert of Camus Affogato Infusion. Enhancing the sweet and smoky flavours, a selection of wines from the American Collection to complement the meal.
