Celebrate the spirit of togetherness this Ramadan with Flamingo Room by tashas’ meticulously curated menu, welcoming guests to gather with loved ones and savour elevated flavours within dishes intended for sharing. Priced at AED520 for two people, the iftar menu is available daily from 6.30PM – 1AM (12am Monday to Thursday), exclusively at Flamingo Room by tashas, located at Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island.
For starters, guests can indulge in the Fried Calamari, featuring calamari & squid heads accompanied by lime mayo, tomato, and cucumber pickle for a burst of flavour. The menu also offers the exquisite Crab and Lobster Croquettes, and Arancini.
The salads allow a refreshing start to the meal, with options of the Texas Salad, the Beetroot Quinoa Salad, and the Goat Cheese Salad, which is a harmonious blend of goat & mascarpone cheese with apple, fennel, radish, grapes, savoury biscuit, walnut praline, and a zesty lemon & honey dressing.
Moving on to mains, guests can choose from a variety of dishes including the Mushroom Lasagne, crafted with exotic mushrooms, porcini stock, crème fraîche, truffle, and parmesan, layered between fresh lasagna sheets. Alternatively, for an additional AED40, diners can savour the succulent Tiger Prawn Platter, featuring tiger prawns bathed in lemon butter sauce, served with a grilled lemon to enhance the flavours.
The menu offers three dessert options to conclude the meal on a sweet note: the Amira, a delightful combination of malva pudding, macerated apricot, vanilla ice cream, and spiced crème anglaise; the Strawberries and Cream, featuring fresh strawberries atop a velvety cream base of either pistachio, rose, or cream flavours; and finally the Baked Alaska, a flavorful final course available for an extra AED30.
Diners can also opt to pair their meal with one of Flamingo Room’s signature mocktails, such as the refreshing Dazzling Date mocktail, which blends dates honey, rose water, mint, lime, and soda water for a burst of flavours, the Orient Express, boasting mango, lemongrass, lime, and soda water, or the invigorating Jasmine Granita, made with jasmine cordial, mint, cucumber, and lemon.
