| WHAT | A fiesta of all things Peru, COYA Abu Dhabi is set to host the National Peru Day on 28th of July in true Peruvian way – with lots of food, music and of course, Pisco Sours.
Paying homage to the Chicha Culture, guests will be able to treat themselves to specials available just for the day.
Dishes on the menu that can be ordered throughout the day include: Peruvian Spice Rubbed Lomo Saltado (beef fillet, onions, tomato, shiitake, avocado, quails egg) priced at AED 192 and Lucuma Parfait (Lucuma parfait, sweetcorn and almond, mango caviar, lime) for AED 58.
To quench the summer heat, themed cocktails such as Chilcano (COYA Blend Pisco, fresh lime juice, ginger ale, Angostura bitter); Manzanita (Apple Infused Pisco, roasted cinnamon, Tarragon Tincture, fresh lime, ginger ale) and Nikkei Pis-Collins (Pisco, Yuzu Juice, Kalamansi Cordial, Soda Water) will be available for AED 40 each.
