| WHAT | The capital’s connoisseur of Peruvian culture, COYA Abu Dhabi, is welcoming its guests to relive the COYA magic.
While adhering to social distancing measures, starting from 8th of June the restaurant has curated an All Day menu that allows guests to revisit the delights of Peruvian cuisine. Priced at AED248 per person, the five-course menu is available from 12PM to 9PM and includes chef’s signature selection for a choice of soup, Ceviches, Appetizers, a main dish and a choice of dessert. Included in the mains are the venue’s acclaimed dishes such as Arroz Nikkei Chilean (sea bass, rice, lime, chilli); Quinua con Calabaza (quinoa, pumpkin, ricotta cheese, aji limo); Escabeche Peruano (Char grilled whole sea bream in banana leaf, tamarillo, aji panca, muscatel); Lomo de Res (spicy beef fillet, crispy shallots, aji limo, star anise); and Pollo a la Parrilla (corn fed baby chicken, aji panca, coriander). A vegetarian and gluten free option also priced at AED248 features a full selection of appetizers, a choice of main dish from Quinua con Calabaza (Quinoa, pumpkin, ricotta cheese, aji limo) and Papa Seca (Peruvian dried potatoes, mushrooms) and a choice of dessert like the gluten free Chocolate Fundido (Illanka chocolate fondant, praline, milk ice cream). Guests will also be able to enjoy sweeping views of Al Maryah Island as the venue will start hosting its famous Sommelier Mondays. Coupled with fine beverages and a lively vibe, the restaurant is welcoming back its customers with a special price on a selection of premium wines from 4PM to 9PM. In accordance with the UAE government’s health and safety measures, our team members will be adhering to the strictest measures of cleanliness and precautions for the safety of our guests. This includes wearing gloves and masks, social distancing measures between the tables, and use of disposable glasses and cutlery at all times.
