New Bar Menu at COYA Abu Dhabi’s Pisco Bar
The Pisco Bar is proud to welcome the autumn season by launching a vibrant new bar menu. Highlighting the enchanting charm of Peruvian heritage and the magnificent flavours of COYA’s vast collection of homemade pisco infusions, rare tequilas, rums and spirits, the new menu instils an added boost of energy and excitement into the already lively bar, and takes the art of mixology to even greater heights.
Curated by COYA’s expert mixologists exclusively for COYA Abu Dhabi, the unique and creative selection pays homage to the founding days of COYA through its colour palette and design details, while each cocktail tells its own enchanting story. A flawless example of contemporary and creative cocktail mixology, the menu is adorned with images captured by iconic Peruvian photographer, Martin Chambi. One of Latin America’s first renowned photographers, he was highly skilled at capturing the beauty of the towns and countryside of the Peruvian Andes, and the new menu acts as a perfect tribute to his profound, moving and striking photographs, and their deep historical value.
Highlights of the fresh and intriguing reimagined collection include the El Russo Gimlet, featuring pickle-infused Beluga Noble mixed with a sweet and sour pairing of honey and lemon juice, and the Mira Flores, starring a refreshing combination of Belvedere, redberry cordial and Veuve Clicquot Rosé.
Inspired by the traditional pisco bars of Lima, COYA Abu Dhabi’s bright and buzzing Pisco Bar reflects the spirit and warm hospitality of Latin America. Charming and alluring, the new bar menu further cements its position as the most sizzling night spot in the UAE capital.
COYA Abu Dhabi’s innovative array of new cocktails are available to order from the Pisco Bar now.

The COYA 10-year Anniversary NFT Collection
COYA is delighted to reveal that it has launched its own unique collection of NFTs, curated in honour of the brand’s 10-year anniversary.
Further strengthening COYA’s art and design-focused DNA, the branches in London, Paris, Monte-Carlo, Mykonos, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha all enlisted local artists to create striking NFT artworks that represent the vibrant spirit of the immersive 360-degree lifestyle brand.
Filled with eclectic and unique NFTs, the project symbolises COYA’s ever increasing commitment to supporting local, up-and-coming artists.
UAE-based NFT artist Puja Tiwari has channelled her colourful, whimsical and fantastical style into creating some unique curated pieces for COYA Dubai and COYA Abu Dhabi.
Known as 1800.Weirdo, she was influenced by the mystic tales of Peruvian culture, COYA’s vibrant values and the history of the UAE, her tenacious yet playful NFTs for COYA symbolise the fine line between masculine and feminine.
Like Abu Dhabi and Dubai, her pieces are built from the same values and ethos but still boast their own distinctive personality. Adorned with Aztec motifs in tribute to Peru and sand dunes in honour of Dubai’s natural surroundings, her female figure is an ode to COYA Dubai, while the male figure’s nautical theme represents COYA Abu Dhabi’s waterfront position on Al Maryah Island.
Launched on Monday, October 3, every piece in the COYA 10-year anniversary NFT collection is available to view and purchase now on the COYA Arts page at www.coyarestaurant.com/arts.
