The interior of GARAGE is a beautifully designed open kitchen journey, spread over 5 unique cuisines, with each outlet designed for people to interact with the Chefs and watch their food being prepared! The multi-faceted B&F hub of destination dining, gives guests a captivating ambience of botanical designs, embracing a culinary journey driven by five unique concepts: Steam Table, Nikkei House, Mezza Bar, Meat Vault and Tart Van.

Steam Table: Steam up your dishes with a fusion like no other! Offering big, bold street-food flavors, Steam Table allows for a sensorial experience of enticing aromas and theatrically crafted steamed and stir-fried delicacies transporting you into a vibrant world of Asian tastes.

Nikkei House: A gastronomical sensation and 2020’s biggest food trend, combines the elegant recipes of Japan and the traditional flavors of Peru. Nikkei House celebrates the living legacy of a colorful history with dishes such as Tuna Tiradito with yellow fin tuna, avocado, Nikkei sauce, onions, and snow peas and Clasico Ceviche, a Greek seabass with cilantro, lime juice, Peruvian corn and sweet potato. These combinations bring together the best of Japanese-Peruvian flavor along with splashes of spice, texture and heritage.

Mezza Bar: Inspired by its surroundings, taps into the traditional tastes of Middle Eastern culture, encouraging social and leisurely Arabic dishes. With an open brick kitchen and rustic textures, the menu transports guests to a kitchen style setting filled with the sounds and scents of Arabian cuisine. Mezza Bar encapsulates the colorful essence of charm and character that is Beirut. Combining traditional flavors, saturated palettes and a warm atmosphere in respect of all things Levantine.

Meat Vault: Meat Vault showcases the very best of carvery and traditional cooking techniques built on the idea that the finest cuts are preserved under lock and key. A taste to be savored, the matured flavors are guarded until perfection. The USDA Prime T-bone steak, the 1.5 kilo Tomahawk, perfect for sharing with friends and family, are a meat lover’s dream.  The divine chunky lump crab cake and the shrimp cocktail are absolute must haves! Don’t forget to try the roasted sweet potato with chicken skin and chimichurri mayo.

Tart Van: Decadence in motion, end your delicious meal with a sweet journey, where delicious decadence takes you to a place of candied illusion. Melting moments, flavored fantasies and tantalizing confectionery await as you bite into one of Tart Van’s thin crust, buttery tarts with flavors such as banana caramel, blueberry cheesecake, s’mores and more!

Lastly, GARAGE introduces Tap Wall, a curated selection of handcrafted beverages, serving home-made cocktails and other blends on tap, with a menu constantly rotating 10 – 15 beverages which are easily dispensed and served to all guests – it’s all in the flow!
