Grillzy Burgers and Buns, the new delivery-only virtual restaurant, from renowned restaurateur Sergio Lopez, has officially launched in Abu Dhabi.
Grillzy Burgers and Buns offers a selection of the juiciest burgers for the burger-obsessed and for those who simply want to treat themselves with a feel-good meal at work or at home.
The delivery-only virtual restaurant menu offers a carefully constructed selection of five different burgers including a vegetarian option, from the Get Down ‘Peri-Peri grilled chicken with crispy onion, chunky guacamole and pickled jalapenos’, the Truffle Shuffle ‘Wagyu beef burger with pecorino cheese, truffle oil and rocket leaves’ and the Swamp Dog Blues ‘Oat fried chicken with Alabama white sauce, lettuce, crispy shallots, tomato and pickles’ to the#YumGood ‘Mushroom Patty with mozzarella, lettuce, crispy shallots, zaatar and mayonnaise’ and the From Down Under ‘Beef burger with grilled onion, lettuce, beetroot, beef bacon and cheddar cheese’.
The menu also offers normal fries, curly fries and sweet potato fries to go hand in hand with your choice of burger. In addition – Grillzy’sdesserts – their signature buns stuffed with bursts of mouth-watering fillings including the Cherry Berry bun ‘filled with sour cherry, berry and rose custard’, the Honey Pot bun ‘filled with orange blossom and honey custard’ and the Double Dip bun ‘filled with chocolate chip caramel and custard’.
Restauranteur behind the delivery-only virtual restaurant, Sergio Lopez commented: “We have created Grillzy Burgers & Buns, because we saw a demand from our customers for a bit more gourmet burgers. We had comments from our patrons looking for awesome, simple tasty burgers and we decided to create something unique to Abu Dhabi and give them just that.
