This October, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi welcomes local and worldwide travelers to celebrate and explore the celebrated Chinese Golden Week in style, as they experience the uniquely curated Cantonese menu. Starting from 1st until 7th of October, Hakkasan will offer the most exclusive Golden Week menu priced at AED 398 per person for a minimum of two guests. This menu will allow guests to savour the region’s most decadent and exquisite Chinese dishes, followed by a divine dessert and an exclusive cocktail created from Hakkasan’s world-famous in-house mixologists.
To start, guests can enjoy specially crafted Pine Rose cocktail in anticipation of an array of flavours catered to their palates with a Golden pumpkin soup with money bag and morel mushroom. They are then invited to indulge in the succulent Chinese flavours of Hakkasan’s most popular Supreme dim sum platter. The dim sum platter is followed by Stir-fry Wagyu beef with yam bean and pine nut, which is accompanied by Crispy lady fish with mango in a sweet plum sauce.
For the main course, diners can expect diverse dishes such as Wok-seared tiger prawns, Jasmine smoked mala chicken. To end on a sweet note, guests can sample the delicate flavours of black tea and yuzu pear with ginger and dulce cream, that is the Golden ring.
