Hakkasan Abu Dhabi welcomes guests to enjoy the festive offerings from the heart of the UAE capital. The festive season coincides with the Chinese ‘Dongzhi Festival’, also known as the Winter Solstice Festival, which the venue will celebrate through specially crafted menus. Furthermore, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi will give diners the chance to bid 2021 farewell and ring in 2022 in style on the last day of the year as they enjoy the unique menu.
From the 1st to the 30th of December, guests can delight in an exclusive set menu compiled by Executive Chef Lee Kok Hua. To begin, guests will be treated to a welcome drink encompassing yuzu and goji berry, followed by the Dim Sum Trio, Charcoal-grilled tiger prawns with five-spice, Kumquat chicken with sesame, alongside many other dishes. Finally, the menu will end with a guest favourite dessert of Hazelnut and milk chocolate parfait.
Those looking for a truly spectacular new year’s fête will find Hakkasan Abu Dhabi’s festivities ideal for starting 2022 on a grand note. The set menu will start with the world-famous Supreme Dim Dum and a unique Alaskan king crab salad with yuzu. Delightful main courses include the Boston lobster in chilli and garlic, Jasmine smoked beef ribs with oxtail croquet, Charcoal-grilled Chilean seabass with golden puffed rice.Lastly, an exquisite Pistachio Financier will be plated up for dessert.
The New Year’s menu is complemented by exquisite beverage packages that promise to augment the dining experience. Resident DJ Marina will set the celebratory mood from the decks along with additional live entertainment while guests view the famous Emirates Palace fireworks to ring in the New year.
