La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi is delighted to announce its participation in the Michelin Guide Food Festival 2024, held at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental from 4 pm on the 22nd to 24th November. The festival celebrates world-class cuisine in Abu Dhabi and will bring together the finest culinary talents. La Petite Maison (LPM) will proudly showcase a curated selection of its celebrated dishes.
Head Chef Navaneeth Chandran, known for his artistic approach to French-Mediterranean cuisine, leads LPM’s participation. With over 13 years of experience, Chef Navaneeth has established a remarkable reputation, blending traditional techniques with a contemporary flair that honours flavour and presentation. His vision for LPM Abu Dhabi has captivated the local dining scene and set benchmarks influencing LPM locations globally.
For this year’s Michelin Guide Food Festival, Chef Navaneeth has selected four exquisite dishes, reflecting LPM’s dedication to quality and simplicity. Festival-goers can enjoy the Tartare de Boeuf, a delicately crafted beef tartare; Salade de Chou-Fleur, a refreshing cauliflower salad with an almond and caraway dressing; Gnocchi à La Tomate Fraîche, homemade gnocchi served with fresh cherry tomatoes; and the Gâteau au Fromage Frais, a light vanilla cheesecake with berry compote. These dishes embody Chef Navaneeth’s skill in crafting memorable flavours while maintaining an authentic and humble approach to fine dining.
