Tucked in the Venetian village at Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi, Punjab Grill, the fine dining Indian restaurant is inviting guests to pamper their taste buds with their exciting range of vegan Indian dishes this winter. In celebration of Veganuary, Punjab Grill Abu Dhabi has launched a special vegan menu available throughout the month. The new menu features an array of handcrafted healthy dishes for diners looking for an ultimate vegan-friendly experience this month.
Diners can enjoy delicious dishes such as the Tandoori Broccoli and Mushroom, prepared with Sweet potato puree and coconut foam and Tofu Tikka Masala served along with Ambarsari Kulcha and Kachumber.
Chef’s favourites include the Palak Patta Chaat made from crispy batter-fried spinach leaves, topped with tangy tamarind chutney and spicy mint chutney and Colocassia or Toro root Dumplings made with peanut and coconut saalan served with Baghara Rice.
For all dessert lovers, the chef has also created a special Vegan dessert, Jalebi Churros made with Blueberry and coconut sorbet. Another all-time favorite dessert is the sinful Chocolate cake made from natural ingredients. Apart from the healthy vegan mains and guilt-free desserts, Punjab Grill also has vegetarian and meat options.
