The Italian Malfy Gin Nights will showcase four crafted cocktails featuring the distinct flavours of Malfy Gin, including Con Limone, Gin Rosa, Con Arancia, and Original Malfy Gin. Guests can enjoy unique cocktail creations such as “A Night in Manarola,” “Tuscany Sunset,” “La Dolce Vita,” and “Milano – Torino,” each highlighting the character of a different Malfy Gin variety.
Alongside the cocktails, guests can mix up dishes from Hidden Bar’s new menu, designed by Italian Chef Liborio Colonna. The menu blends Italian flavours, featuring an array of sophisticated starters, and pizzas made for sharing such as the ‘Hidden Bar’ special topped with bresaola and creamy burrata. Opt for hearty options like Wagyu Sliders and Fish Tacos, or mains such as Baked Argentinian Prawns and Wagyu Steak and Frites, along with indulgent desserts like Hidden Bar Paris-Brest and Hazelnut Crème Brûlée.
