Le Bistro by Salmontini, a revered legacy brand since 2001, proudly unveils its latest chapter in culinary excellence with the grand opening of a new, licensed venue in Le Royal Meridien, Abu Dhabi. This marks a significant stride in the expansion plans of the Salmontini Hospitality Group, as Le Bistro extends its heartfelt neighborhood concept beyond its flagship location in Dubai, DIFC.

The decision to embark on this culinary journey is deeply rooted in the brand’s commitment to heritage, quality, and the art of bringing families, friends, couples, and even strangers together through exceptional food and hospitality. Founded by Hussni Ajlani, whose passion and craftsmanship led him from Lebanon to Scotland, Switzerland and France, Salmontini has become a beacon of culinary excellence and community engagement.

The desire to bring the classic French bistro ambience to Abu Dhabi is at the heart of this expansion. Following a recent rebranding, the venue pays homage to its roots while embracing a fresh identity. Classic bistro signage, a small terrace out front, and charming decor collectively transport guests to that quintessentially French experience.

Le Bistro in Le Royal Meridien, Abu Dhabi, promises a culinary haven where guests can savor classic dishes, featuring the brand’s star ingredient; the finest smoked Scottish salmon. From the signature Steak Entrecôte St Germain to the delicious Salmon en Croûte and homemade desserts, each dish reflects the brand’s ingredient-driven cuisine and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Le Bistro has also collaborated with the award-winning Yamanote desserts, offering a variety of mouth-watering treats. Offerings include a full à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and weekly specials such as All-You-Can-Eat sushi. With a seating capacity of 85 guests, the venue welcomes friends, families and individuals from 8 am to midnight, seven days a week.

The restaurant has also played host to numerous distinguished personalities, from HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed to Diego Maradona arriving with the Jamaican football federation.

The 10-year anniversary menu at Zuma Abu Dhabi features delights such as black angus ribeye with a sansho pepper sauce, octopus tempura, and grilled scallops with Japanese herbs sauce and fresh black truffle. For dessert, guests can indulge in spiced pineapples with coconut yogurt and yuzu granita, as well as a deluxe dessert platter.

Established by Rainer Becker in London in 2002, Zuma has garnered international acclaim for its exceptional cuisine and dining experiences.
